Run with Endurance

Personal Mastery Pt 4

In this no-holds-barred teaching, we tackle Hebrews 12:1-2:

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

Most Christians think faith is about having great mountain-top experiences. It’s not—it requires sustained obedience and resolve, even through the valleys.

Hard Truth: We Will Be Tested

There’s no sugar-coating this one. Testing isn’t a possibility—it’s a promise. But here’s what most believers miss: the testing has a purpose, and endurance is how we unlock it.

Key Questions Explored:

  • Why does God allow His people to be tested?

  • How do we build the kind of endurance that lasts?

  • What role does physical fitness play in spiritual endurance?

  • How do we “count it all joy” when life is beating us down?

Listen to the full episode to learn more about the different types of endurance that we need, and the biblical blueprint for building unshakeable endurance that lasts.
